  • 8-10 pm reception, after 10 pm please call +370 460 30201 (COVID-19: we do recommend to wear face mask and keep distance)

  • Arrival – 3 pm.

  • Departure up to 12 pm.

  • Late check out – is available upon availability. Late check - out can be provided just with administration confirmation and additional charge will be requested upon departure

  • Extra person  0-3 years Free of charge, from 4 -12 years - 15€ per night, from 13 and adults 25 € per night

  • Baby cot (foldable travel cot) up to 3 years - upon requisite

  • Daily maid service up to 5 pm. (COVID-19:to avoid contacts, only upon request)

  • Clean my room /Do no disturb - If you do not wish to be disturbed / or  you wish room to be cleaned, please indicate this by hanging the card / sign (behind door) on the outside door - handle of your room.

  • Additional hygiene items (toothbrush, shaving kit and ect.) - please contact reception and some of the items can be for additional charge.

  • Mini bar - beverages are available for purchase at the reception

  • Free car park - limited quantity of parking spacesand, please note that we do not take reservations for parking

  • Free WiFi internet - please contact reception

  • Extra items (additional glass, cup, pillows, towels and ect.): please contact reception if required.

  • Flowers - can be ordered in advance through Reception. Minimum spend of 25€

  • Iron and ironing board - please contact reception. Staff will bring you iron and ironing board. After You're finished, please place items behind the doors and inform reception

  • Laundry - additional payment according individual request and it is minimum 24 hours delivery pick up time

  • Luggage storage - free language service up to 24h.

  • Video Cameras (CCTV) - Video cameras are located in the common areas and around the building.
